this recipe you will save the return to the bakery on Sunday!
The proportions will give you a big cake so do not hesitate to divide dose in two or so made myself at home: the stale brioche is a good excuse to make a pudding of luxury!

Ingredients: 500g flour
90g sugar
1 packet yeast 2 eggs
20 cl of milk 150g butter
- mix in all ingredients
MAP - launch the dough
or so by hand:
mix the batter for 10 minutes while the ingredients except the butter.
add the softened butter and then re-knead 10 minutes
let rise 2 hours in a warm place
- once the program is complete, place the dough in the mold of your choice, I use a mold cake and I put 4 balls of dough next to each other.
- let rise 45 minutes in a warm place
- bake 30-40 minutes in oven th 6-7
