Ingredients About 1 kg of apples, peeled and cut into quarters (cores removed)
1 / 2 cup water 3 tablespoons
tablespoons sugar or to taste 1 tablespoon
teaspoon vanilla 1 pinch of cinnamon
Preparation Place water and sugar apples in a saucepan.
Cook over medium-high heat about 12 minutes, covered, without stirring.
After 12 minutes, remove from heat and add vanilla and cinnamon.
Mash apples with a potato battery and let cool.
Pour into a jar and refrigerate.
