Pancakes Brittany Helen
Good recipe is not from my friend Helen, who for professional reasons we moved away to Brittany for a few months. But as she reads the blog I think it will please him to know we miss her! (Even if the holidays are coming soon between girls ^ ^).
To return to the recipe it comes from the number of IT at the table this month is a recipe for Felder. (Not Helen) It is easy to do but be careful to cooking, in fact we should not return the pancake batter once the surface dries, it will have to wait 2 to 3 minutes if the pancake is not returnable but then not at all! (I missed two pancakes before understanding the little stuff)
The recipe is easy to prepare, it is preferable to prepare the pancakes in advance and then reheat them later by adding the filling (egg, cheese, ham or other). In today's Candlemas so no excuse.
I give you 8 good recipe for pancakes.
Ingredients:
250g buckwheat flour 50cl
cold water 50g butter, melted Salt
- In a bowl combine flour and 25 cl of water to a thick paste without lumps.
- add the melted butter, salt and remaining water 25cl
- mix to a paste or too thin nor too thick (With the proportions of the recipe this stack hair falls to me)
- leave on for 20 minutes
- cook the pancakes until well before returning them! once dry, wait at least 1 to 2 minutes!
then if you want the top with an egg I advise you to reheat over low heat, adding the egg and set lid on the pan, this way the white is cooked but the yolk remains flux.
