company or my crabcakes
A desire for salty this weekend but as usual I'll use the crab, it is true that so far the fish and CRUTAC are absent from my blog, it is necessary that I to rectify quickly.
I do not start with a classic recipe, I decided to make a recipe with an accent of middle America. I adapted the recipe because the spices used normally not found in France.
I served this dish with a simple green salad improved. (Translated with lots of little things in it!)
Ingredients: for 4 crabcakes
150g crab meat
8 Tucs
salted 2 tablespoons mayonnaise Salt and pepper
- In a bowl combine the drained crab with 8 Tucs crumbled
- add mayonnaise, salt and pepper
- Melt butter in a pan, once hot have with a tablespoon 4 blocks the mixture and cook over low heat each side making them brown.
-serve with a salad.
