White Chocolate Brownie
chocolate again ... yes, but white chocolate this time, there's change in my kitchen saying so! Me the fan of dark chocolate in almost all of my cakes now that I innovate. I knew it, 2011 is my year of change. (Except white chocolate in a recipe there is not much different I can assure you ...)
Birthday Marie-Charlotte was the opportunity to try this cake although I think that there was even enough to eat without it, so in 2011 we always see things in a big buffet level. To believe that one day I ran out of food at a party but I can not tell what is the event that traumatized me so much.
almonds in this cake make it not look exactly like a brownie for the purists but the idea is there I assure you.
