Working At Credit Suisse Singapore

Moist Chestnut

Thanks Chloe!
yes and thank you for giving me the link to this recipe from the site "The Meals on Manue" because my cake was a huge success and I think I'm going to start very soon. (Yeah it is 150g of brown and had a box of at least 400g so I surplus.)

cake is a season (brown) and super greedy (brown sugar and chocolate ) and it comforts well when it's cold when it snows and that Christmas is over ... yes yes 1 and a half months of anticipation and now nothing. Luckily my fir plastic is as beautiful as ever if not hello depression.

Ingredients: 120g butter

250g brown sugar (or brown sugar) 3 eggs

80 ml milk 150g flour

1 teaspoon baking powder
150 g chestnuts box mashed

- Reduce the mixer to 150g chestnut book.
- In a bowl, melt in microwave brown sugar and butter
- Add the eggs, milk and mix the flour and yeast
- Add the chestnuts
- Bake 25 minutes at 180 ° C

Then prepare chocolate icing by mixing 10g of butter and 60 of dark chocolate in the microwave. Add 3 tablespoons of cream.
Place on baked cake and let cool 45 minutes in the refrigerator.
