Comment To My Friend On Engagement

Muffin with maple syrup and Philadelphia

Hummmmmmmmm a nice little tea in late afternoon with the sun's rays that link the tip of their nose for several days, although it is still too cold .

To accompany this little tea (Russian for me thank you!) I made small "muffin" with maple syrup. It is based, is soft, it's sweet, it's everything I love. (To quote the famous American slogan.)

This recipe comes from canada, I called muffin but it is a cross between a muffin and pudding though the unemployed experienced there.
This cupcake is very easy to make a real delight with little maple syrup (do not hesitate to put in!), The next time I'd add nuts in my dough for more than greed.

Ingredients for 12 muffins
240g flour 1 teaspoon baking
chemical
280ml milk 1 egg

50 ml oil 5 tablespoons maple syrup in the dough (allow more for muffin cups) butter

- in each muffin cup, place 2 teaspoons of maple syrup and a knob of butter.

- preheat oven to 220 ° C

- In a bowl combine flour, yeast and egg
- add milk and maple syrup, mix well then add the oil.
- pour into muffin

- bake for 20 minutes in the oven
- unmold by inverting the pan and serve.

Balasubramanyam Ahalya

A little note of humor before you post next recipe will be ideal to accompany your tea this weekend! (Appointments tomorrow for my muffins with maple)

For the rest, the famous Philadelphia landed in France, Monoprix at the moment and hope also thereafter, so it upsets my philosophy of cheesecake ... I who was looking for the ideal texture for some time I have to lay down arms before the Philadelphia.
(recipe on the blog soon too). The tray of 200g
still costs 3.25 euros but it is less than in English specialty grocery stores. (I never tested the philadelphia because of the price, sometimes more than 5 euros per tray!)

In my little life there is something else at this point that the philadelphia ... it is my first robot kenwood who no longer works (... arrrrrrrrrrrgh excuse to buy a kitchen aid?), there's my mother who is seriously in the bread machine (like a loaf a day of sudden she asks me all the time on what to buy .... I'm becoming a pro in the organic flour I tell you!), there are my crazy cravings for sweets and restaurants at the moment ... my wallet will not follow I feel it.
I cracked in the tearoom at Meert this afternoon but I did not have my camera, too bad I will have to return there for you. (Yes I sacrifice myself for the blog)

it develops the kitchen I can assure you I test revenue and I am preparing a new look for the blog. (A new design but is dependent on my boyfriend because he is balèze level design, so not me!)

Have a great day and tomorrow for a new recipe.
